Hank Peck spent the early part of his career in medical insurance. As the industry evolved from being patient-centric, he still wanted to have a career where he made a positive impact on people’s lives. Stuck with this notion, he considered getting his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNING® certification and, during this time, had a chance encounter with TCI’s John Stephens, MD, MBA, CFA, CFP®. John explained how TCI impacts the lives of clients, and Hank realized he could accomplish his goals as wealth manager. In 2008 he joined TCI to help empower purpose-filled lives. During his time at TCI, Hank became a shareholder and was on the Board of Directors. When not working, Hank spent considerable time volunteering for countless nonprofit organizations throughout Southern Arizona.

Bob Swift founded TCI Wealth Advisors in 1990 to provide unbiased financial guidance, based solely on the needs and goals of each client. He started in the financial industry as a stockbroker and thought most people could be successful investors on their own, so he started teaching lessons to anyone that would listen about the fine print-ridden financial industry. He believed clients deserved the right to know and fully understand the acronyms and fees. Bob’s educational information and meaningful message compelled his students to ask him to manage their assets for them. Thus, The Conservative Investor was founded at Bob’s kitchen table and now flourishes 30+ years later as TCI Wealth Advisors.
