Robert Swift founded TCI Wealth Advisors (“TCI”) in 1990 as The Conservative Investor. Bob recognized that individuals desired more information concerning financial planning and investing than they were receiving and they specifically were looking for help on how they could manage their own assets. Over time, these investors started asking Bob to assist them by delegating their portfolio management to him. Today, The Conservative Investor has evolved into TCI Wealth Advisors, a full service wealth advisory firm. Bob currently leads the firm’s investment committee and is responsible for the firm’s investment research and portfolio strategies. He received his degree from the University of Kansas which he attended on a sports scholarship and is very proud of their recent NCAA championship.

Bob’s wife, Lisa Swift (a recently retired TCI employee), and their two children, Sam and Jessica, are avid supporters of the University of Arizona. Bob still is very young at heart and enjoys everything that an aging athlete can: tennis, golf, hiking, as well as a lot of reading on the treadmill at the gym.
